For Valentine's Day, I picked up my wife on the Scrambler and took her for a ride along Palma Sola Bay in Bradenton, and then across the Cortez Rd. bridge to Bradenton Beach. There we relaxed and ate at Rotten Ralphs, a quaint local restaurant on the Bradenton Beach City Pier.

Sometimes I forget that the entire earth isn't covered under a blanket of snow like we are up here. :)
ReplyDeleteLooks like a beautiful day to be out. Also, I'm curious how the food is at a place like, "Rotten Ralph's"? I'm assuming pretty good to survive with a name like that. :)
We're not lucky enough to get any snow down here.
ReplyDeleteRotten Ralph's was very casual. Our meals were simple, almost cafeteria style, but the portions were large. It was all hot and good. So we had no complaints, but it definitely wasn't fancy or sophisticated. The place is very "local" and you're paying for the great water view and location.
